Disrespectful people. I don’t know if they just aren’t getting enough discipline, feel invincible or what, but this has got to be one of my top pet peeves. And they are harder to discipline. You have to make them accountable and they have to “feel” responsible. Parents, get your kids.
Rude people. Does it hurt to say “good morning” or “hello?” It is simply rude to not acknowledge someone’s presence. If I walk into my grandmother’s house without saying hello, she says something to the effect of “Did you wake up in my bed this morning?” This means, this is your first time gracing my presence today. Saying “hello” is simple courtesy.
People who act like they don’t know how to have a good time. Smile. Laugh. Don’t nobody want to be around people who can’t make fun of themselves or have fun. Loosen up. It’s not that serious. If you have a hard time, they probably have an app for that.
Condescending people/close-minded people. Your experience is not the only experience. Before you decide to judge someone or make some snide remark, ask a question. You may be enlightened.
Men who don’t hold doors open. And I don’t just mean in a dating situation. If chivalry is dead, bring that bad boy back to life like Lazarus.
